3 Days Ngorongoro Lake Manyara Safari

This short safari lets you experience the best of Ngorongoro Conservation Area - with its largest concentration of wild animals at any given time as well as visit Lake Manyara National Park - famous for its tree climbing lions

DAY 1 : ARUSHA - NGORONGORO CONSERVANCY AREA

The tour starts with lunch in Arusha Town at 1230hrs, thereafter drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
 

DAY 2 : NGORONGORO CRATER - LAKE MANYARA

Today you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Crater for a half-day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephant, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. You will have lunch at the lodge and then drive to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
 

DAY 3: LAKE MANYARA - ARUSHA

Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other variety of birdlife. At mid morning, you will drive back to Arusha. You will have lunch in Arusha town at 1230hrs.
