4 Days Lake Manyara Ngorongoro Safari

This short safari lets you experience the best of Ngorongoro Conservation Area - with its largest concentration of wild animals at any given time as well as visit Lake Manyara National Park - famous for its tree climbing lions

DAY 1 : ARUSHA - LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
 

The tour starts with lunch in Arusha Town at 1230hrs. 1400hrs, drive to Lake Manyara. You will have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or hotel.

DAY 2 : NGORONGORO CRATER - LAKE MANYARA

Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. You will have lunch at the lodge and then drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

DAY 3 : NGORONGORO CRATER

Today you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Picnic lunches will be served in the crater. You will have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge in Ngorongoro.

DAY 4 : ARUSHA

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha and enjoy your lunch at Arusha Town.
