6 Days Soul of Wakatobi
Not many knows that Wakatobi was actually an abbreviation for an archipelago known as "Tukangbesi Islands" (Blacksmith Islands). Explore the far flung island of Binongko to witness what was once known of Wakatobi, while spoiling yourself with magical underwater sights.
DAY 1 : AIRPORT (WAKATOBI) - SOMBU (SNORKELING) - KAPOTO ISLAND (SUNSET) - HOTEL
Welcome to Sulawesi! Upon arrival at the Matahora airport Wakatobi, you will be greeted by your local representative. Today you can do snorkeling in Sombu, and see the wonderful sunset from Kapoto Island.
Overnight at Patuno Resort Wakatobi
DAY 2 : TRANSFER TO TOMIA - MARIE MABOEK (SNORKELING) - TOMIA
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out, then transfer to ferry harbor to catch your public boat and depart for Tomia Island. This journey will take approximately 3 hours passing the largest barrier reef in Indonesia. Seafood lunch will be served.
Overnight at Hoga Island Dive Resort.
DAY 3 : TOMIA - BINONGKO (SNORKELING) - OVERNIGHT IN BINONGKO
After breakfast at the hotel, we set out on a private chartered wooden motorized boat to Binongko Island. This ocean trip will take approximately 2 hours then you will be arrived in the one of the most pristine and preserve marine in Indonesia. Today, you will have another snorkeling trip and visit the black smith home industry on the island. Enjoy lunch served with fresh seafood at the local house.
Dinner and stay overnight at Binongko homestay.
DAY 4 : BINONGKO - BLACKSMITH VILLAGE - SAWAH ISLAND (SNORKELING) - TOMIA HILLS (SUNSET POINT)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a morning walk to explore Blacksmith Village, a village where you can see their daily life. Afterwards, we will have a boat ride to Sawah Island for snorkeling. Picnic lunch will be served on the beach. Back to Tomia Island and we will visit the Tomia Hills to see the sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Abi Jaya Homestay.
DAY 5 : TRANSFER TO KALEDUPA ISLAND - HOGA ISLAND (SNORKELING) - SAMPELA BAJO VILLAGE - HOTEL
Wake up early morning then enjoy simple breakfast before we embark for Kaledupa Island. This journey gives you a life pictures of morning activities of the fisherman on the island. Upon arrival at Kaledupa Island, you will be transferred directly to Hoga Island for snorkeling adventures. Today we will discover pristine underwater world of the island. Lunch served at the resort, afterwards get a siesta on the white sandy beach. In the afternoon, we will visit Sampela Bajo Village to witness their daily life.
Back to the Hoga Island Dive Resort for dinner and stay overnight.
DAY 6 : TRANSFER TO WANCI - MORNING MARKET - KONTAMALE CAVE - AIRPORT
Wake up early morning then get hot coffee or tea before embark by public boat back to Wanci Island. We will take you on a short visit to Morning Market to see daily acitivities of the locals. Next, you will continue to Kontamale, famous for its fresh water caves. Here you can take a bath and enjoy the fresh water which connected to the ocean. Afterwards, drive to restaurant where you will enjoy your last lunch on the island. You will then be transferred immediately to the airport to catch your flight to your next destination.
