6 Days Mount Rinjani Summit trekking

DAY 1 : AIRPORT - CHECK IN HOTEL AT SENARU

Arriving in Lombok, you will transfer to the hill village of Senaru. On the western slope of Mount Rinjani, the area provides a wonderful lookout of the mighty mountain and surrounding lush valleys. Overnight in Rinjani Lodge.

DAY 2 : SENARU - SEMBALUN - MT. RINJANI NATIONAL PARK OFFICE - TREK TO PLAWANGAN SEMBALUN

You will transfer to Sembalun (1,156 masl) and register at the national park office. Commence trekking through Pemantauan, Tengengean, Pada Balong, and Plawangan Sembalun (2,639masl). Overnight in camp at Plawangan Sembalun

DAY 3 : SUMMIT ATTACK - TREK TO SEGARA ANAK LAKE

Wake up call at 3AM, from which your journey to the summit of Rinjani awaits. Passing through sandy contour, this true volcano experience will prove rewarding once reaching the summit, where awesome sunrise view with vistas of Bali, Sumbawa, and even Java awaits. Descend back to the crater rim, and further down to reach Segara Anak Crater Lake. Set camp here and enjoy the day as you wish; swimming or fishing. Full board and porter service is provided throughout the course of the trip. Overnight in Lake Campsite.

DAY 4 : TREK TO PLAWANGAN SENARU / CEMARA LIMA

Climb back to the crater rim and admire the fantastic view at Plawangan Senaru. Depending on condition, you will either camp back in the crater rim or descending down to Cemara Lima for a more sheltered camping area. You will also be able to rest your weary feet at Air Kalak Hotspring and relax amidst the beautiful Rinjani forest.

DAY 5 : TREK TO SENARU - TRANSFER TO SENGGIGI - CHECK IN HOTEL

After ascending from the west, you will now descend towards the east, arriving in Sembalun Village. Upon arrival, you will transfer towards the coastal resort area of Senggigi. Relax for the rest of the day, and feel free to visit the nearby bars and restaurants.

DAY 6 : SOUVENIR SHOPS - AIRPORT

After check out, your teman will escort you to the souvenir shops. Bring back home Lombok’s authentic snacks, bamboo handcrafts and potteries, pearls, or the beautiful kain songket (woven fabrics). Depending on your flight schedule, you would be driven back to the airport.
