4 Days Glimpse of Georgia Tour

Glimpse of Georgia tour is 4 day 3 night tour package in Georgia based in capital Tbilisi. Glimpse of Georgia tour is designed for those who has only short holidays. Best season is from April till December

Day 1.

Meeting in airport. Transfer to the hotel. Tbilisi city walking tour including Old city, cable road to Narikala fortress and Rustaveli avenue.

Day 2:

Trip to Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe. Mtskheta is touristic town near Tbilisi, ancient capital of Georgia. Magnificent ancient churches  Jvari and Svetitskhoveli are the most sacred places for religious Georgians, and downtown offers market of souvenirs and many interesting things. Afterwards visit of carved in the rock ancient town Uplistsikhe, which used to be sacred center of East Georgia before Christianity. Optionally tour may end in wine cellar with wine tasting and good lunch.

Day 3:

Trip in Kazbegi region – north from Tbilisi. We will visit Ananuri fortress at picturesque Jinvali water reservoir. Afterwards Gudauri ski resort will be on our way up in mountains. Maximal altitude of our travel will be 2395 meters above the sea level on Jvari pass. Finally we will reach Kazbegi, settlement in the middle of high mountains. From here we will make short hike to Gveleti waterfall and have jeep tour to Gergeti mount, where is located Gergeti trinity church. After amazing adventures return to Tbilisi.

Day 4:

Trip to Kakheti region, beautiful town Signagi, from where beautiful views to Alazani valley are opening. Optional wine tasting. Return to Tbilisi, transfer to the airport.
